January Prayer Calendar 2012

1 SUN: Thank you for praying for me as I worked on my Master’s degree these past three years. The Dean of Christian Biblical Institute and Seminary wrote me to say that I have earned my Master’s of Divinity and that I am part of the graduating class of 2011. Also, the new recording project is completed. The CD is being mastered and duplication should start in a couple of weeks. Again, thanks for your prayers for both of these endeavors.

2 MON: Pray for me as I continue to look for camp staff to serve with us this summer. We already have quite a few girls interested, but need to find a couple guys. Also pray for my good friend Hannah Heins, whose grandmother is suffering with Stage 4 Lung Cancer.

3 TUE: EVENT: We will be holding a staff reunion this week for the summer workers from the past few years.

6 FRI: RETREAT: Christ Evangelical Free Church is holding it’s annual Senior High Youth Retreat at New Life. Pray for Matt Saxinger as he leads this event. We will be providing meals for this event.

9 MON: Continue to pray for Chloe Donaldson, Todd and Kim’s youngest daughter. She has been struggling with stomach pain, diarrhea and also has celiac disease.

10 TUE: TIME RELEASE: Hyndman Elementary School Time Release Bible Program at Grace Church with Nathan Eliot. Robert, Todd, and I are drivers and teachers.

11 WED: KIDS 4 CHRIST: I will be leading music for the children’s program at Calvary Bible Church.

12 THU: Continue to pray for my good friend from elementary school Lu Anne Morris, whose mother who is battling cancer.

13 FRI: RETREAT: Fellowship Bible Church of Charlestown WV is holding it’s annual Youth Retreat at New Life. Pray for the leader, Pastor Mark, who is leading this event for the first time. I will be leading worship for this event.

16 MON: Continue to pray for me as I fine tune the teaching curriculum together for the 2012 Summer Camp Program. The Bible Study is called “SOARS” and will focus on the person and the ministry of the Holy Spirit. “SOARS” stands for The Holy Spirit “Searches, Overcomes, Abides, Regenerates, & Sanctifies”

18 WED: KIDS 4 CHRIST: I will be leading music for the children’s program at Calvary Bible Church.

2 THU: Pray for Hannah Hein’s grandmother who is struggling with Stage 4 Cancer. The doctors have given her 3 to 6 months. Keep this family in your prayers.

9 THU: Keep the staff of Bongiorno Camp and Conference Center in your prayers. Their director for many years, David Wessman, passed away suddenly in January. Also keep David’s family in your prayers in this time of bereavement.

16 THU: I have been able to meet with some other guitar players in the area at least once a month and I pray that these relationships will open other doors of ministry in the area to local churches and individuals.

25 SAT: I will be driving over to the DC area to take part in the first day of the Missions Emphasis Week at Chantilly Bible Church

26 SUN: EVENT: Mission Emphasis Week begins at Chantilly Bible Church of Chantilly VA and I will take part in the morning services. I have to hustle back to practice with the praise band for the Allegheny Gathering at While Sulphur Springs.

27 MON: EVENT: CCCA Allegheny Gathering of Christian Camp workers will be held at White Sulphur Springs Conference Center in Manns Choice PA. I will be part of the praise band
